Zolpidem.

Zolpidem is a hypnotic sedative that can be used to treat sleep problems you may experience. Zolpidem comes as an extended release tablet and immediate release tablet – to make sure you can either fall asleep faster, or both fall asleep and stay asleep if you have a problem with waking up in the middles of the night. Although zolpidem is considered to be a safe medicine, sometimes it can cause allergic reactions, which means you will need to be careful and talk to your health care provider about your treatment in case you have a history or allergic reactions to this medicine. Make sure you are ready to dedicate to sleeping about 7-8 hours, as this is how long you are going to sleep once you have taken a tablet of zolpidem. Take zolpidem with a full glass of water about 10 minutes before going to bed. Zolpidem is not intended for long-term treatment and you are not supposed to be taking it for longer than 4 weeks unless otherwise advices by your health care provider. Zolpidem usually causes just a few mild side effects that may appear at the beginning of the treatment, such as nausea, dizziness, forgetfulness, drowsiness, constipation, headache, muscle pain, blurred vision, and stuffy nose, but there is no need to worry about them, as they go away on their own pretty soon.
